I have sold my torrix 3.25s, which I never did get on with, tbh it was an expensive mistake, I found them stiff and unresponsive, not at all nice to use.
However, I could hit 100-120yards with them, which is all I'll ever need atm.
Been recommended the aircurves, and I see they are rated on here, would those distances be comfortable with that model? And despite this, have they a reasonable playing action? Tia.

I have them and love them. I can cast 120 with them, although I do not fish at that kind of distance. Lovely playing action. Best all round rod I have owned

Go for it mate. I'm no huge caster but 100 yds easy for me with my 3.25's, play fish lovely
