Anyone know what the waiting list is like? E mailed the membership secretary but got nothing back. Anyone fished it recently?

Likewise I e mailed on this a few weeks ago and heard nothing back so will be interested to hear.
Alternative is to ask at Browns tackle shop as they are likely to know but not had cause to go up there recently.

Yes the tackle shop is the best bet but I don't really need anything and its about half hour drive so I don't pass it really. Didn't want to ring up and just ask questions either. I'm guessing there's quite a wait there's some good size fish in there

If it's the LBAC water you can buy a ticket from tackle shops so would imagine there is no waiting list
Seeing you are in Herts
The tackle shack in Hemel sells the tickets if that's closer for you

The waiting list is only for night tickets, i presume that is what you are after?
It is normally only a max of 12 months depending on the number of renewals

Yes mate, 12 months is shorter than what I was expecting. Still havent heard anything back though.

I fished it for cats a while back. Was a bit of a **** hole to be honest about it. Lots of problems. Hope things have improved.

Dogs runnnig into the water next to you, the occasional motorbike zippping round, groups of kids etc.
To be fair, ive never had any issues and a lot of the pegs are down a massive bank so you're left well alone. Gets mega weedy as well
