Hi first post so not sure if the protocols but here goes. I need to take the poles out of my trakker bivvy so I can send to a guy to repair and insert a couple of vents in the back. I've been looking on the web but it would seem that this seems to be something that not many have attempted. Has anyone else done it and can share tips on how the poles can be taken out to reduce cost of postage and put back into the tempest when the material is returned?

You should be able to unscrew the poles from the bottom where they connect to the material.

Not sure
But I think I would be marking the poles so they go back in the same order
As they look on the website to be different lengths.

On the main top block if you undo the long bolt that goes through the 2 parts of the top block that will separate it then undo the 3 screws out of the top 3 poles at the material end where the skull cap poles normal slots into then undo the screws on the bottom of each pole which will then allow you to slid the poles out . That's what Army Andy does when he removes the frame from the material I'm guessing you are sending the material to him
