Booked up to go this year.
Had a quick look on the search bar but no luck.
Anyone been?
All vids on YouTube are 8 years old mostly.

Just wondered if there is anywhere else I can look for info etc other than their own site.

Cheers lads

i went many years ago and wrote an article for carpworld for them when they where starting out.

Its a lovely lake and come on MASSIVELY with some great fish in there.

The bailiffs are brilliant and i know the two main ones and the owner very well. Food fantastic, facilities first class, you wont regret going.

They do have a facebook page, join that, loads of info on there.

I really must return

OH - take a float rod, the tench fishing is brilliant

Thank you very much.
I've gone for the food package as it seemed too cheap not to!
I have joined the Facebook page also so really need to have a good scroll through.
First French trip in over 16 years so I'm looking forward to it.

Thanks again

Drafty and Ginger Mick are the main bailiffs there, i've known both of them for many many years and fished with them both great great people and both mad as a box of frogs, you'll have a great time there.

The fish have gone on so well, impressive place mate.

My mates fish it every year and love it.

Been a few times but not for a few years, is drafty still there, I thought they got rid of him for some reason or another? Maybe just missed him the times I went but never the less it is one of my favourite places in France, had my biggest French fish there in 2010 from peg 2 and yes the tench fishing is great. We always looked after ourselves there as Sens down the road has all you need, what I saw of the food package looked good, no complaints by anyone that I recall. Makes me want to go back now!

Evening all,

I'm out here in 4 weeks time and I can't wait.

I've waited 18 months to finally get on here!

Any advice or a link to a usefull write-up on the place would be very appreciated 🎣🎣

I've search YouTube and forums but nothing really stands out for me. Most stuff is from 8 or 9 years ago.

I'm a member of thier FB page and it shows the monsters that live there but nothing really regarding location, bait or tactics.

Thanks in advance for your support

I'm also out there wnd of Sept first time. I know they've allowed bait boats this year for the first time. I don't use one so hoping my spomb does the business. Tactics wise it is a case of doing your own thing and hope u get lucky. I saw on the rules it is drop the lead only, which is a pain if you want to go for a ready made solid bag approach.

I fished it back in April and It fished hard all week. I can't comment on what others tried but I ended with a handful of fish to 54lb which I thought was good with the conditions we had.
15mm washed out pink wafters worked for me along with crumbed herb and skipjack baits and house pellet.
The bailiffs I had were decent and tried to get everyone on the fish.

We went in may , it seemed to me that the vast majority of fish were coming from peg 4 early this year. I don't know if that is always the case but tbh it felt pretty hopeless around the rest of the lake . There was a handful of other fish out but peg 4 dominated . The peg in the opposite corner had some fish in there occasionally but it only did 2 bites.

My biggest gripe was the bailiff and his mate fishing when we are on a lake inclusive . Don't get me wrong, I was aware there was a peg for them to use exclusively but when your there it doesn't half cut the lake off . Certainly not sour grapes as we got on with them but when you do a lake exclusive you want the lake to yourselves

I personally wouldn't go back

There should be no bailiffs fishing any lake on an exclusive or not .
