Yeah,it's brilliant...because of Andy ,I'm now outside frying bacon on my lixada wood stove ,and it's quarter to one. ha,ha .
That bivvy though ,what brilliant quality ..

Well,not me personally ..as I'm minimal as min,
But it's interesting, and I thought it could be used for long stay winter carping and other types of fishing ..price,I haven't dare look at the moment ,but its very well made it seems,bit of a unit,to carry,transport for sure..
(..some like reels,I've always been a bivvy man lol..had a few)

Nah, them type of shelters are normally easier to put away.
Roughly fold the material to the width of the poles taken apart
Lay the poles on the material at one end
Roll up
I have an old Shakespeare shelter like this and 2 x avid shelters (compact and full size) and all go away easy like this

Now I come to think of it I had a gardner Lee Jackson Mangrove bivvy ,and that was similar to set up and pack away,actually it was a great bivvy ,til it got slugged....
I got for Xmas, a fast erect, car camping tent ,which opens from the inside like a brolly ,literally 10 seconds to put up ...central brolly pole,removable in the middle....
A great concept ,similar ,but not the same as exo skeleton ,quick erect, Kyhams or fox bivvys..which don't use a internal ,central pole..
I really enjoy the Kent survival stuff,is doing this weekend under a dpm tarp...
