Opinions please which would be the better rod manufacturers out of these two looking at the 10ft 3.25 tc

Absolutely nothing wrong the Aircurves (I love mine) but would view the Harrison as being a superior rod in a different price bracket

Why do you rate the Harrison better? I am curious as owned one and tried several more Harrisons and I currently still own the aircurve.

Talking from reputation and price bracket rather than experience. I have had Aircurves for quite a few years and feel no need to change them. However I would view them as a very good mid price rod where I would see the Harrison as being a top end rod. It is more perception than experience, but will always recommend the Aircurves as very good rods

Ah yes okay, thanks for that explanation.
Personally I hated every Harrison rod I tried, and I didn't feel like the blanks were any better than the Aircurves. Harrison does have a better reputation for spares and service though.

Greys were great when I snapped 1 of my Prodigy Apex, they sent a new top section next day for 32 quid. It was a 4 year old rod too which they no longer made (40mm butt ring version)
