On December 5th I placed an order with Cyprinus and they duly took my money.
They still haven't processed or shipped my order, having given several excuses and are now totally unresponsive to any enquiries as to the status of my order.
I see that they have , as of yesterday, shut their facebook page down too, which is a massive red flag for me right now.
Any one else had recent problems or any ideas as to what might be going on ?
I have a sneaking feeling they may have gone jugs up and trousered my money and maybe others' hard earned too.
I live in the U.S. , so obviously can't pop round for a visit.

I just tried to navigate their website, it's not showing any of their products at all, doesn't matter what section you click, page not available comes up, It could just be tech problem?

How did you pay ? Might be worth contacting bank, credit card, PayPal for a refund.

I have filed a dispute with PayPal, who won't take it up until Jan 5th.
It looks like Cyprinus have indeed gone out of business, but hopefully I will get my money back.
A bit late for me to replace what was going to be a Xmas pressie, but it could be worse.

the "wrong company" was for me,
I checked with the companies register, and found what I believed to be the company you dealt with, I posted a link, which was found to be a different company, ie, I was wrong! so I removed that link to avoid confusion.
everything else was correct in my original post.
I hope you get your payment returned, paypal are generally good at repaying for non delivery.

Is this the tackle site auction company as I've had stuff from them in past no issues and im getting emails still advertising their auctions
