Hi Anyone got any info on the new Okuma reels? The Flite surf & Obsidian carp reels as shown on their website?
Can't find any info but hopefully look like Basia / aero technium reel for a more sensible price.

Look decent
Just one major worry is the aluminium spindle..... lighter yes but as strong as Steel or Titanium NO!!
Like the early Basia's danger of bending on full out stroke and heavy fish IMO
