Any opinions on the Fox EOS 10000 reels ?

Crap mate, my lad had a set, bail arm bent very easily, line clip came off one, line loaded funny onto the spool. There are plenty of better reels for a similar price.

Wouldn't go down the Sonik or Wychwood route. If you can afford them, Shimano are good. Otherwise, as James says, Okuma are very good. The Okuma Inc 6000 are spot on, though no freespool.

Depends what you're looking for, I had a pair and thought they were alright for the money.

I had them, they're fine, I replaced them with the Okuma inc 6000's which are superb
