I use 1 tablespoon of rock salt per liter hemp once everything is boiled. I bet you can double of triple the amount

Don't use it until after boiling the hemp mate. You can't really over do it, Cook the hemp as usual. After it has cooled, drain the water. To a large bucket of hemp add 500g-1kg of salt. Stir it through the bucket, add a good slurp of hemp or peanut oil and replace lid.

Also acts as a preservative, no sour smell for weeks, and other than blowing your face off it still tastes nice and hempy 😂

I like 45g per kilo if looking to do that sort of thing.
if you add it prior to boiling it can inhibit splitting, but a lot of people like a bit of unspilt hemp as its little flavour bombs. also, you'll never see carp sort through the split from unsplit. so long as its easily squashed its safe

Yep I totally agree. I've never understood some peoples obsession with every grain needing to be split. Carp crap out crushed up crayfish on the mat. If they can handle chomping through a cray claw, I don't think a bit of un split hemp should be an issue. So long as it's well soaked and soft enough to squish with my finger that's good enough for me. Then we get into the whole can they even detect the hemp oil thing. Apart from giving a nice flat spot to let us know they are feeding, I'm not sure the hemp oil is doing much as an attractor anyway.
