Why not use a sturdy bankstick? Hammer that into the ground and it will be far more stable than most portable tripods. A decent tripod weighs a lot more than a stick.

I also fish on channels where there is only concrete ground, , but I just realized that I have a Prologic Twin Sky 2 pod that I barely use and can convert it as a stand for the extender/tablet, will also be much sturdier than most tripods

I've got this one for my Toslon TF740 - good bit of kit and I use a bungee with bivvy peg for peace of mind wherever possible but its pretty stable without
