Oldgeezer (Gerry) was recommending an app that predicts rain within
30 mins or so, I cannot remember its name, do you know what it's called.

Its for IOS iphone 13.

The best tool you have is radar.
Netweather do one, and meteoradar.co.uk are probably the best atm with 5 min updates.

I use netweathet/TV which is a almost live rain radar.

Not quite what you said but very handy.
