How many hectares do you have? A fun project, but you are going to need some space to grow a useful amount.

Buying and using hempseed is perfectly legal. Once it germinates and grows the least you may be charged with is posession. Smoke it quick.

In elementary school we had school gardens to learn how everything grows. So, the teacher gave each us of us a handful of hemp seed and after germinating everybody put the sprouts in their little gardens. At the end of the year it had become a complete hemp forest. Looking back i think the teacher was either an angler or a pot head. But no, it didn't inspire me to start my own seed plantation:P
