Give them a call,they are extremely helpful and will advise on what size would be best

I bought an XL Kumu T shirt (I'm 6'1" / 15 stone) and it was very tight around the shoulders and middle - swopped it out for a 2XL and very little difference; better on shoulders but still tight around the middle.

Quality print and feel is superb but fit is designed for 6pack toting athletes - not average carpers! Good luck

Great products but do come up small, I'm normally between a medium and large and wear an xl in the T-shirts
