Sad to say thats the way most of the country is going.
400 acres of parkland is a drop in the ocean by the time ' attractions ' and god knows what are added.

Only time will tell.
Unfortunately a well kept, scenic lake/s make a nice selling feature / nature box ticking exercise to build around.
Littlebrook, Conningbrook, and Larkfield all sold out to developers in the end.

At least yours are for ' elites ' whatever thats classed as nowadays ?? east east london including havering are being turned into a slum area and have never been so filthy.

Yes either way ,it's very saddening that places are being ruined for development..regardless of where you live ..
That's all that can be said really..Britain's green and pleasant lands with special quiet places ,one day ,most likely will not exist..
