I have several packs of Korum Banded Hooks and sadly some of them have "gone off" so to speak.

The hooks seem fine but the rubber just seems dehydrated and I wondered if there was something I could do to revive them?

Was thinking maybe soak them either in water or maybe some form of oil?

Not sure you will be able to if the rubber has degraded.
Is there any way you could attach fresh rubber bands?
