We have our first 24hr session in a few weeks!
Did you use a bedchair on your first session? Or did you rough it?
Taking my son and his friend, would air bed or camp bed be suitable?

I'd say bedchair for you and airbed for the kids.

During the night, you can get out for a fish easier and let them join you if they wake up 😜

When I were a lad, used to do nights on a chair. Then progressed to an Argos sun longer type thing in the late 80's, they were really uncomfortable.

Me personally nowadays, I would have to have a bedchair. But I've taken both my lads with me, and they both started on them roll up foam camping mats, and both slept well on them.

I spent my first season as a kid doing nights under a brolly sleeping on the floor, until I'd saved up my pocket money to buy a sun lounger to sleep on. Wouldn't dream of it as an adult though

Ya the click click from Argos the trick was I would buy a spare cover and length of foam lay it on chair cut foam around frame then put spare cover over the top made it much more comfortable then went over to lafuma bed different world I think you should use a bedchair
