Any reviews of the Trans Khaki Fluorocarbon? I've read that it casts a bit better than the Korda and Xline. Any comparisons are welcome please before forking out serious money for a mainline 👍

Yea I have been using it ever since it came out . I love it. Its tough as hell sinks great is very well hidden on the lake bed or up in the water compared to other fluoro lines. Like all fluoro lines it isnt the best casting line so it depends on your priorities. I would use it on all rods if I didnt have to cast long range. It has never let me down. Oh and it gets more behaved the longer its on your spool and if you stretch it out when new. Not easy to get hold of now, oh and I use the 16lb version - Hope this helps

like most flouros i have used depends on the reel / spool size , i love this line and use it a lot but it does need stretching which isnt the end of the world. I give mine a good stretch which also serves to check for weak spots. would personally like a few more metres on the spool but it behaves a lot better when its not right at the lip of the spool anyway on your fishing reels , and lets face it flouro isnt a casting line.

Used this for a couple of years on a small water and really liked it, have now put it on for larger venues too and it does what I need very well. Like any fluro it can be a bit lively off the spool but the weight and colour are perfect for me. Its also very tough. Casting wise its not quite as good as tigerline Imo but its good enough.

Not used the Illusion but have been using Exocet for a while now and its very good.
