TOP man Gerry, just bought myself a couple, recently changed jobs and a couple of the lads I work with are Trent addicts, these should be Ok for anything that swims in there

Ps. Thinking a decent braid mainline, cut thought the tow and a fluro leader, what you using

when I use Mono I use ESP Syncro XT wonderful stuff
and when its really in flood Power Pro super 8 slick V2 with an Amnesia leader and never had any problems

What breaking strain braid are you using Gerry?

Hi, i have picked these rods up in the shop, these are nothing like say the Powermesh 2.75 LB.
These are beasts, they have also got the minima/ Seaguide type guides (which some don't like) ie no ceramic rings, just like latest Powermesh's.
They are thick & heavy, from butt to tip, but prob mean't to be, can imagine they will cast big big weights. (which there rated for). Nice looking rods, which will do a job.
My finger was itching, but i resisted
Stick to my Powermesh's.
