I,ve completely lost my tension bars for my Aqua M3 compact bivvy and cannot find any for that bivvy online. Any suggestions?

If you do find out where to get some could you let me know aswell? I tried for I don't know how long by speaking to someone from cypher spares who I believe are the spares department for trakker/ aqua and it was like trying to communicate with some kind of neanderthal. All via email, no phone number also which is very irritating.

apparently the M3 compact tension bars have been discontinued?
According to cipher who hold supplies of the trakker bars, say that they are not compatible with the aqua bivvies?
