Just purchased one of these pods and used for the first time at the weekend so wanted to share some thoughts and photos. I bought it having searched on here for pod recommendations, I wanted something that gave some flexibility in how to use (goalpost, pod etc), that didn't have lots of plastic components and ultimately didn't cost £300+.
The Phil Andrews set up seemed to fit the bill and also appealed as it's a little different and not many around. Delivery was fast and quality seems excellent. 15 inch buzz bars mean plenty of room for big reels and plenty of options for moving alarms/bank sticks on buzz bars to suit needs. At £128 it really can't be beaten IMO.

Can you move the but grips in slightly so there is a slight splay outwards towards the tips, maybe move the bank stick fixing one hole towards the middle.

yep can move bank stick/butt rests to any of the holes so plenty of flexibility. Can also screw into same hole if needed.

Also if you like the idea instead of a front buzz bar you can purchase one more parallel bar and another front stick and back stick then fish 3 single sticks at the front giving you a fantail set up where you point the rod directly at where you cast

Ah yes, I forgot about the screw thread option at the top of the bank stick screw thread part (whatever it's called).
And I have seen the fantail option on the website.

Chris Brown's stuff is top notch. I still have the rod rests and original pod that I purchased from him when I was a student, I'm 57 next birthday! You don't get better value for money in carp fishing tackle IMO.
