I think you'll get lots fo different suggestions.
Pineapple flavours are two a penny and I personally am elbow deep in esterfication experiments currently lol. I think it's down to different ingredients to make any noticeable difference.
My advice would be to pick a colour you think best suites your fishing ( maybe not even yellow ) and then just jazz them up as you see fit. very very little of fluoro fishing is what I'd call "long stall fishing" ( frenzy spoke once of leaving rods out at mar peche once fishing, no recasts at all unless a bite was forthcoming ) with most of fluoro fishing tending to be placing baits along the routes you know carp take daily or fizzing to showing fish, I'd never worry about attractor leakage lasting any longer than 48 hours. and that is whole achievable with tinkering with decent ingredients.
with in reason, depending on what the user does to them, THEY make it the best pineapple wanger for their needs. be that corking them or making them from scratch with corkballs and foodbait pastes etc.
The only time I remember one pineapple doing better than another ( and feeling it was definately down to the bait) was a custom order I did of jet black hookbaits ( that took a LONG time to go grey in water ) simply due to the bird life, anything remotely contrasting the bottom produced a PB coot lol.
I'm absolutely convinced the flavours werent what set it apart but Im happy to give away the recipe its hardly proprietary and was a one of , and for some reason didn't get deleted in a files clean out lol.
Measurements in grams
whole liquid egg 120
ethyl butyrate 8
butyric acid 0.5
thaumatin boosted sweetener 2
milk b powder 3
acid premix 3
potassium sorbate 2
Then rolled as corkballs on a black milk protein basemix
in the glug pot after careful drying of the mix over 6 days went a dash every two days of the following mixture
minamino 20
butyric acid 1
acid premix 3
ethyl butyrate 5
liver liquid 6
thaumatin boosted sweetener 3
that went on for about 3 dash and dries then I bottled the rest in a vial for him to do as he wished.
side note he asked for them to be packed in rock salt.
Was a batch for him and friends, as anyone will tell you a two egg mix makes a hell of a lot of cork balls!
)robably not at all the answer you wanted but maybe food for thought.

I use DNA PB pop ups laced in pineapple goo. Never been so confident in a bait catching me fish. Wang one of those out over bait or as a single and you are on a winner.

Funny the best pineapple wangers I ever used were the original mainline ones when they were a nice sweetcorn yellow, (pains me to say it) Since been changed and never been the same.
I will literally use 2 pop ups for my winter fishing, ritchworth tutes and a pineapple wanger, never let me down. Colours have to be right, nice sweetcorn yellow none of this horrible fluro yellow dye people seem to use, and buoyancy also needs to be bang on. Aqua bait pineapple + have been fantastic for me since I began using them some 6/7 years ago. Sticky carp gold dust, have also been very good recently, although I do spruce both up myself with added extras. As a base though I wouldn't use anything else now. And I have tried them all.

RG Baits have just released a new Hookbait, "Club Tropicana" which is Pineapple based. Nice "true" yellow, not flouro, also do them in a wafter as well.
Early results on them have been very good generally, they have also released another called Seapex....

I've got both of those and done really well with them so far. I really like the bait they produce.

I've done well on scent from hell in white, boosted with the rank SFH liquid then ‘shock horror' pineapple goo. The bait works stuff gives the stinky ‘wang' and the goo gives a yellow dye that leaches off.
Stink, colour, dispersion and not £13 a pot once you have all the bits.

Tip off from Mr Warwick previously...
"..well you can use 12ml to one egg mix of Mainline pineapple with 12 drops of n-butyric. Then add 6 drops to the baits after boiling in a plastic bag with a few more ml of pineapple..."
I've also done very well on 10mm DNA PB's heavily boosted with the matching liquid (two bottles per pot over a long time until they lose a lot of bouyancy). Tipped with 6-8 maggots they have been an amazing balanced bait for me in the cold
