Hi, have been looking at the Sonik Alarms and wondered what people thought of them, The SKS ones seem very reasonably priced and get pretty good reviews. The SKX are a bit dearer but also come with a quick mute function for line setup which seems quite a good idea.

I have some Nash Siren SR5's at the mo - they've been great but you can't mute them at all and when you adjust the volume on the receiver it does the same to the volume on the head which at night is a bit of a pain for fellow anglers! Can't afford the SR3's hence looking at sonik etc


Any thoughts or words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

If you are keen to have something that won't annoy everyone around the lake then get ATTs. I love mine, almost 15 years old and flawless in my opinion.
