Is anyone aware of any issues with the Boatman company? I've rung the mobile number several times and it's just going to voicemail and left messages but no one has come back to me.

Maybe with it being Easter they are all off mate.

Yes, saying boatman on voicemail, and will ring back. But no. I would have thought if on holiday voicemail would have said as much....

Alright mate i had a problem with my middle hopper not opening .
I contacted boatman by email and had a responce few hrs later they said they would sort it and shorten the chain link if i sent it to them .
I sent them the boat and it was sorted and sent back within a week .. cant fault that . All contact was with email tho
