I have a ridge monkey power pack the c-smart, it will charge up but won't give any power out.
Can anyone recommend where this could be fixed if possible

Toss it and buy a different brand next time. Their electronics is crap.

Contact the shop you bought it from.

Ridgemonkey can't give you a refund, but the shop you bought it from can.

The minute you send that thing back to Ridgemonkey your chances of getting a refund are Nil.
