Hi does anyone know who repairs reuben heaton scales. I've dropped them and the dial has broke and come off the Center piece?

Ruebens have a single charge for repairs £29.50 ..it covers a strip, rebuild using new parts to replace any that are worn or damaged , a recalibration and return postage.
As others state , they come back as new.

I sent mine back and mine were shagged! They came back and I'm sure they just gave me a new set! Came bank brand new! Top quality company couldn't recommend enough

Anyone know what the turn around time is for this service. Going to post mine tomorrow morning, ideally want them back thirsday, ready for friday morning

RH repairs are spot on, service impeccable, I dropped my old RH digital scales into the lake, sent them back for repair, paid the standard £29.50 and received a brand new set of scales in return, all in about a week end to end.

I cracked the body on mine a few months out of warranty. I explained they were like new (I had only weighed 1 fish on them) and they repaired them for free and returned them in 3 days. They are excellent at customer service which is a bit of a rarity these days!

Mine were back in the post to me within 48 hours of them receiving them. That was June last year. As everyone else has said, very good service

Update, and this is not a complaint.
But i have managed to send them off with the worst timing. Only one lady there sorts this out when they arrive, and she was on leave for the last 3 days since my scales have arrived, so they are currently sitting weighting, see what i did there.
So now expecting them back next week. I paid for the service the week before and didnt send them straight in as i was fishing that weekend. So no reason to have been told about that to be fair.
So check before you actually send them off if you are in a rush to get them back.
