Placed an order on Sunday, a couple of items were out of stock, so called on Thursday explained what I needed and that I was going this morning.

Spoke to Chris who advised the items were back in stock and at their own cost sent by RM special delivery pre 9am at a cost of £25.55, all items arrived at 0744 this morning and I'm on my way dangling.

Thank you guys - superb service, truly an example for the remainder of the trade .

Gemini have been around a long time, and spent very little on advertising, proper little set up with seafishing routes its no wonder the quality extends to there staff and treatment on customers.

Are you saying they paid 25 pounds for postage themselves?
If so, that's impressive.

Could not agree more got some Turbo Germans the other week excellent.

Used them over many years for sea angling and now for carping. Excellent quality products and great customer service. Try the clip down leads on a heli for a few extra yards. Don't worry, they work every time.

Been using the Gemini booms and leaders pretty much exclusively for the last 3-4 years I'd say. Love the products and delivery is always quick.

I did ask them if they could make me up some leaders with the Ridgemonkey quick change swivel rather than the standard quick change swivel if I sent them the swivels but unfortunately it's something they wouldn't do 😩

Got a few bits from them always very good
