I was wondering if anyone has a review on these? I have everything jag black and currently use slimlites with my delkim txi-ds and just fancy a change with the bobbins and have been eyeing up these safeliners for a while my birthday is next month so was going to get the mrs to buy me a set

You will miss the glowing light! Although a bit tarty the Slimlites are very good. Carbon arm stops the wind sway, can allow line through the ball clip or fix to the line for slack lining. Easy to change the weight.
But.. I understand that sometimes it's nice to have a change.

I use the mk2 with delkims. No issues. I tend to use them with either the smallest slide on weight attached or no weight at all. I don't think I've ever used the biggest weight size and I don't suffer with false bleeps. I haven't actually set mine up as they were designed, by cutting the chains short. I've left mine with the full chain length and I can't say I've ever had an issue.

I will get the jag isotopes To go with them mate so shouldn't be a problem about the glow, yeah that's what I was worried about the wind without the arms tbh

Perfect thank you for the reply that's exactly what I wanted to hear, I was a bit worried about the false bleeps and using them in the wind without the arms on the slimlites, I suppose you just adjust the sensitivity. I really like them and like the look of them, been eyeing them up for a while now for my delks

Had them and sold them after one trip,I preferred my johnson ross stows with mcf bike chains.

I have a jag fetish but i have never liked the safeliners. Ive had a set of keiths blue mag heads for years and thats all i would ever use, i love them.

See I thought about them but I just really don't like the look of them or the design plus wouldn't match my set up with it being all black the stainless chain wouldn't look right.

They look very good and get no side movement from the wind with them bike chains
