evening all , hows fox internationals customer service these days ? not had to contact them in many years but purchased a set of rx plus alarms a few year ago after switching from another company and last week one of the springs have snapped off in tha battery compartment, iv sent fox a few emails to 2 different email address i found on the website but no replys , does anyone know the best way to get intouch with there repairs department?

When I had a problem with fox a few years ago, I was told that fox do not directly deal with customers. You must do it through a shop. Which is great if you bought them from a shop...nit sure if that's how they still operate.

im starting to think that could be the case iv emailed every email address on there website,. Found another email earlier, still no joy...There are no phone numbers on the website or google at all..20 years ago i was able to phone direct and speak to most people there.

If you've got a radio controlled model shop near you I'm sure they would solder on new battery box or the spring for a couple of quid while you wait matey

As below... but it does not have to be a model shop which are few and far between nowadays.
Just visit an electrical repair shop...it is the exact same procedure as repairing a remote control unit .
A good mobile phone repairer would find it a simple task .
