As per the title I guess,

Has any one sourced a bank stick stabiliser that is big enough from Chris Browns bank sticks. A quick measure suggests they are 20mm, the bulk of the stabilisers from the usual suspects are for 12/16mm bank sticks and the odd one for 3/4".

I have read some comments suggesting they aren't needed due to the size of the bank sticks etc, can anyone confirm? Or are my only options a goal post set up or to get some made?

I've used Chris Brown sticks/bars for the last 15 or 20 years and have never even thought about needing a stabiliser.....

I have got a Solar one dating back longer - to the days when I used thin Gardner black sticks.

If you really need one; I'm sure Mr Brown would make you one if you ask him. He is supremely helpful.

Never ever needed stabilisers with CB sticks.

These must be a nightmare to get into anything other than soft banks?

He has sold thousands over 40 years because they do the job. They will go in anywhere a normal stick will. If it's that hard it's pod time like any other sticks.

I wasn't knocking them, I know that all his tackle is top quality, but at 20mm they will definitely take more getting into, if at all, harder banks than sticks with 12 or 16mm diameters.
