Looking for the best roll up unhooking mat for carp on the rivers. Decent size and protection but also something that rolls up compact

Expensive but for size and protection has to be the Ultra XL Cotswold Aquarius roll up mat.

ESP one is crap, toggles snap and the protection/padding is awful, genuinely you would be better off with a basic foam mat off eBay for a tenner!

My Drennan Specialist Specimen unhooking mat (ESP Quickdraw compact) is excellent for rivers - use it for barbel and stalking / floater fishing for carp in the summer. . .

Aqua roving mat is decent but might not be as compact as you're looking for.

Don't think they make the Aqua roll up now. I've got a camo unused one in the loft. Someone tell me they are now worth a fortune
