I'm after some new fishing trousers, they need to be waterproof and breathable. I'm after something for day to day wear as opposed to dedicated waterproofs, I've seen the speero trousers but I'm sure there are non fishing ones. Appreciate they won't be as waterproof as gortex etc but it's for walking overgrown banks in the spring and summer

I would look towards hiking/shooting/miltary brands much more choice and more likely not to snag or rip on brambles etc...

iv had the aqua torrent f12 trousers for a while now,very comfy and waterproof and most of all breathable. ive got the army dpm gortex , i much prefer these f12 torrents . pricey but they work for me.

I've got the newer DPM ones too. They really are a great fit and relatively silent when moving about. I'm waiting for the XXXL jacket to come back in stock (an XXL does fit but I want to layer up for the colder months). I was going to get the olive ones but the newer DPM material actually has a bit of stretch in it so better for allowing that bit more movement in my opinion.
