Opinions on the fox submerge braid heard mixed reviews online and here , what does it cast like and does it sink well ?

Casts ok, does not sink well. Very tough in the higher TCs. Some fox guys boil the spool before loading to take the coating off I believe, makes it sink but loses the colour. Not worth it if you ask me.

I've used the 55 lb for the past 4 years . I think it's ok , casts well . I've had a couple of occasions when it's been a pig to sink but it sinks ok for me

If you don't want to cast far (under 100) then Gardner hyrda noir is v good at sinking
