These look to me like full on distance rods, but that might be what you're after.

The Tacklebox rods are what I would go for out of them,excellent rods with excellent customer service.I own the spod rod and its quality and the fishing rods get good feedback on here

Cheers Bradders. Yeah also got the spod rod which is why I'm considering going for the rods also.
Do also like the look of the others suggested, having had a look at the xflites in angling direct. Just not sure which to go for so thanks for the advice, deffinetly swaying towards those cfx if I'm honest.

I'm always very careful now when buying any rods,I don't buy from tackle companies like Fox,Avid,Nash etc....They have a bad habit of changing models every few years,it is then impossible to get a spare if anything goes wrong.The Tacklebox rod has their warranty with them I think and their customer service is superb

They are also the cheapest out of the three I've been looking at which although isn't a huge issue it is a bonus.

Like others have said I only buy Harrison or Century rods normally as their ranges stay year after year. They get it right in the first place and don't need a new version every year.
But I have bought a couple of Tackle Box rods which are good and they also keep their range the same. Also their guarantee and back up service is second to none.

Totally agree with you and bradders. If you can't afford century or Harrison the cfx are you best choice. I have the 12ft spod/marker rod and a set of the 12ft 3.5 SU rods, they are great rods by any standard. Look great, perform great with gold star back up and customer service.
On the two lakes I fish at the moment I regularly fish at 120 and sometimes out a bit further. It is easy with these rods. It will be your casting, not the rods that will limit your range.
