Don't know
I added carabiners to my thinking anglers rucksack handles for this reason

Don't think so if you have small mat it might fit under straps

Yes, I have the new quickdraw mat and the older camo rucksack (the one before this new one with the top pocket) and the mat clips to it Just have to leave one half of the rucksack strap hanging, or cut it off as I have, as I never used them anyway
