Yep. I'd second that. I know a few guys that know their stuff and they use it and do well on it. The owners were top lads when I met them as well. Which always helps.

It's a very, very good bait mate. Works in winter, not an overly oily fish meal. Proper stinks, be warned. Has worked well everywhere I've used it.

Thanks for the replies . Being a fishmeal I was a little worried using it in the winter .

It's a myth that fish meals don't work in the winter

Thanks for the replies. Not being familiar with Trent baits range is there any liquids you'd recommend for soaking baits in , especially this time of year , thanks?

A fish hydro or Betastim type product. I'm not a fan of pure fish oils in winter unless I've tested them in the fridge first.

Would crayfish be drawn to this more than slk or sticky krill? Looking at a new water next year with crays present in numbers, I know about artificial bait, stockings, cork balls etc but not expert enough to know the answer without researching.

If the crays are bad enough. There'll be that much competition for food that to be honest they'll eat anything. Might even be worth ditching boilies altogether and using particles and tiger nuts.

That's useful information, love using tigers and as its a lightly fished not high stock water in the right place could be a winner.
