Has anyone had there chirp stop working and the charging light is solid green when not on charge? Any help will be hugely appreciated

So how did it come to stop working ?

Have your dropped it ?
When you last used it did you make sure the arrows lined up to ensure it was sealed shut.

If you place it in the water can you see it on WiFi / connect to it on the deeper app ?

I'd submit a ticket on the deeper website.
