You'll need it filled in or you risk a fine

I presume the ones struggling to submit have valid authorised day 2 test? Does it not give them an error message?

we had same issue. Its the code for the day 2 test that caused it for us last week. Worked for some and not others.

Eventually got us all sorted ( i think one company you had to use the booking ref instead from memory)

We went home on a P&O ferry and they checked us all for the locator form and testing results. (French & UK boarder control just looked at passports)

I had the Randox 2 day PCR return test and had to use the specific order number when I bought the test which is different to the URN needed for returning the test to get your result.
