Has anyone got any experience with either rod ? I've got a couple of 6ft 2lb scopes but fancy a 1lb 6ft rod for some chub fishing . The dawrf is half the price but never actually clapped eyes on any dwarfs

I personally wouldn't have anything shorter than 10ft for chub fishing. They have a habit of often trying to bury themselves under the far bank and most rivers I fish your standing on a slope so I like to be able to get the rod tip under the water to keep them deeper so as not to get snagged, so the extra length helps.

The river I fish I will be wading so it makes no odds . The pack down size of the rod is more important to be able to get around the river
