Hi, i would like to ask solar sp c-tech bedchair owners, what is the real width of this bedchair (not wide version) - real widht and widht without a border, only a mattres. I am asking, because i found a different numbers on websites e.g. 75cm, 80 and also 85cm. Its very confusioning. I am hesitate between trakker levelite oval v2 and this solar, but oval wins in terms of total area

If you want to gain as much space as possible go for the Trakker oval then, because of the oval shape you gain a lot of space, in our Slx v3 plus I can put 3 bedchairs, if I use my Trakker levelite oval tall (same as the v2 but with higher leg option) i can put an extra junior bed in it bedchairs.
In my Frontier Xd with inner dome I get my Oval bed + a Junior bed + a chair with space for a bivvy table if I use a standard bed I can't get the chair in it anymore and I barely have any space left.
The standard Solar sp is 80cm wide , a non oval a 170 x 70 bedchair takes up the same amount of space in a standard bivvy as the Trakker oval but it doesn't feel like a small bed.

I think, having gone from a flatliter mk2 to the solar bed, that it's about 80cm. It's definitely narrower, but still enough space, and I'm a wide set fat bloke. It's a very comfy bed.

Im sure i saw it listed as 40cm. If its of any help, its ever so slightly taller than my fox flatliter

Does anyone know if the Snugpak techlite fits the wide version of this bechair please?

No it wont fit as i was going to get one for mine. The only one that really fits is the gardner carp duvet plus, which is what i ending up getting. Its a good bag for the money and ive never been cold in it. Its a perfect fit for my wide sp bed.

I can check on the weekend for you as I have both standard and wide. I also went for the Gardner duvet plus for the wide.
