Long shot, but I am after a fox flatliter mk2 compact 5 season bag. I've done a search of most of the tackle shops I can think of without success. Does anyone have any ideas of someone who might have one in stock?

If you're struggling, as they have been discontinued, let me know, I have an original Aquos compact waterproof and thermal cover, I'd be willing to sell.
I found it as warm but more flexible than the 5 season bag, did the same when I got the std sized bed.

Been there, done that, no tshirt im afraid. They were discontinued ages ago. Thry come up on ebay every now and then, but go for silly money. I ended up getting a new bed in the end

It's a sleep system mate so the bag zips to the bed. Stupidly I didn't get the 5 season when I got the bed.

I think he means the 3 season + the thermal cover would give similar insulation to the 5 season

Thanks Phil, yes, I understand they are systems, have both std and compact flatliter sleep systems.
I had a 5 season bag on the std, but much preferred the 3 season + thermal cover as it was equally warm, and for the nights that weren't as cold you could sleep between the cover and the bag, or just use the normal cover, I found it more flexible, as the 5 season is incredibly warm and once its on you have little or no choice.

The bed chair cover that has been mentioned is brilliant I had one for the standard version. When I so'd the system I kept it as its that Warm

I managed to get one last season from a European tackle shop.
However, it was a mission searching thru the depths of google. Literally 50 pages down from the top.
I told another forum member where I got mine from, around 2 days after i got mine, and he ordered and when delivered was the wrong one!
Best bet is searching euro shops or second hand on ebay, but highly unlikey there are any left, brand new.

I have a decent cover (which is what I've been using in the winter) but I was hoping that the 5 season has a bit more insulation on the underside because that's where I'm feeling a bit of the cold.
If you're going to tell me that the 5 season is just the same on the underside and a thicker top, than I'll just carry on with my cover.

That was me mate lol. Great service from the tackle shop though to be fair. Some of the uk ones could learn a lot.
I rang everywhere looking for one and had no joy. Some of the shops even spoke with fox reps for me and had no joy. They were sold off really cheap when they were discontinued so imagine they all got sold

Try a self inflating mattress between the day and the bed mate. Had to take mine out in warmer months as it made it far too hot
