Recommendations for a catapult with a good bit of distance?

Yes another vote for the esp, bought the bought the korda one recently and good bit will go back to the esp when this one breaks.

My last catapult was a Korda. Lasted 5 years but gave up the ghost this weekend!

I still think the Korda with heavy elastic is as good as any. Never got on with the plastic cup pouch on the ESP one.
I have the ESP one at the moment and it does what it needs to do. I did like the korda one with the light elastic though.

not a recommendation as such, but you can upgrade/replace the elastics on most catapults with surgical elastic, which is cheap as chips off ebay, and much more powerful than most standard elastics.
