Currently I have a Carp Porter Tri Porter with the chunky, all-terrain wheels.
I would like to replace these with ‘regular' wheels. What is the most economical way of doing this and where is the best place to source them?

Try B and Q , i replaced my rear power porter wheels from their , just check the internal Diameter fits over the axel

Yeah recently bought some puncture proof rear wheels for my Power Porter off eBay searching mobility wheels 10 inch 20mm hub. For yourself I think you need pneumatic 14 inch, something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331971897543
