Looks like Korda are bringing out a Hook Safe to compliment the Compac range.
I for one will be purchasing one. I think it will be quite popular given the limited options available at the minute.
Thought id share for those interested and not already seen it.

I received delivery of mine 2 days ago. Yet to use it but my initial thoughts are, Its nice and compact and decent build quality, the inner silicon that hold the hooks is very robust which I didn't expect, i thought it would be some flimsy cheap material (like the foam they use in rig boxes).
The only issue I can see happening is the magnifying glass that's attached is gonna eventually get scratched a lot as its not protected.

Isn't this just a fly box with added carp tax?

Most probably is but they have just developed it a stage further so fair play
Saves carrying a jewellers vice with you on the bank to get lost.
Most fly boxes are well over 9.99
Ps I won't be buying one as I keep my hooks in their packets

Pretty much but we are talking a few pound difference if any at all. A Leeda fly box is about 8 pound and you can pick up these for a tenner.
I also personally think the korda one is better, I prefer the silicone over the foam and the eye glass is a bonus.
