For a boat that costs circa three and a half thousand pounds it's incredibly featureless. Compared to other boats on the market I think they might have got this wrong as it stands today. They're planning on releasing 3D Realvision which is a paid upgrade. Lacks basics features that a Deeper has. Does it look cool? Erm... I guess so. But is cool worth the money and lack of features. Absolutely not. 
Navigating the boat is great, the lights are great but I can help but feel underwhelmed right now with the lack of features. Quite surprised Carplounge have released it at this stage.

Guess CL have got under your skin
As I said on that topic Sounds about right, ime CL have the tendancy to release a boat as soon as they can already with the knowledge it's not as good as it could be but it will be updated so I'd say be patient.
From my personal experience I have to disagree with you on the navigation if you're referring to the app controlled driving. I found it bloody aweful, the slightest speck of water on the tablet or on your hands (which is pretty ruddy likely after loading the boat up and putting it in the water, or just being outside) and it had a mind of it's own, certainly for accurate manoeuvres re speed control and turning, if indeed it responded to input. For general driving it was fine though.
Maybe it was just my tab with it's Otterbox cover, maybe just my big fingers, but it should be tested in the real world to account for a cover on the screen and some crap on your hands if indeed that was the problem. No doubt if I called them it would be a setting on the sensitivity on the Tab.

Wish they would release the 3D realvision which was advertised for release MID 2021 , of which i have paid for., now into September and still no sign.
You have to wonder if those that bought early are not just field testing for CL
Sidescan is all but useless as its so slow to show .
Sonar lacks the ability to increase or decrease sensitivity/gain ,and i still havnt figured out how to speed the screen up .
GPS on the other hand is spot on
