Have just heard the above 2 have died, is this true or heresay to discourage numbers at Linear???

woe a pretty difficult lie to keep up - don't they both get caught a few times a year?

True, they're both gone.

There's still a 50's to go for in B1 and plenty of 40's and 30's in all the lakes. Plus, the Box Common came out recently around 45lb. So, I can't see anyone being put off from going.

Thanks for confirming chaps, a real pity about Kempys, I had a suspicion the common didn't have long left it seemed to do a few captures and was down in weight iirc, but Kempys seemed in its prime.

Last time I saw Kempies it looked mint, yeah. But, just prior to it being found dead, the fish were spawning heavily. That could be how it died.
