Just received my new batch the colour is completely different to my last have they cut out the robin red?

Dont like the sound of that, maybe they've been forced to make a change, seen no mention of it though.
Doesn't Jas sometimes post on here?

How long ago did you last buy it? There is a notice on the website about it. Robin red changed colour, blame the EU.

Please note: There is now a slight colour change in the Secret 7 freezer and shelf-life baits due to the synthetic dye present in the original Red birdfood mix no longer allowed to be used in fish feed in accordance with regulations put in place by DEFRA. Consequently, the red dye now used in is completely natural, which is great, but it means it doesn't hold its colour in the bait as well as its synthetic predecessor.

Please feel rest assured, however, as Secret 7 is still the same top-quality red fishmeal it always has been and continues to catch thousands of carp in the UK and around the world.
