Is there much casting difference between the scopes in 9ft and 10ft 3.25lb versions? I'm guessing the 9ft will feel slightly stiffer due to the shorter length?

I've got 9fts but if I was to buy again I'd go for 10ft.
I just feel the 9fts are left a bit wanting sometimes. I think 10ft is a better all round length.

Wouldn't bother with scopes overpriced Have a look at sonik insurgent look good ad doing them £100 at mo or cotswold pace

Where can you pick them up for £100? Curious as I'm thinking of upgrading from the xtractors.
I had 9ft dwarfs and I now own 10ft xtractors 3.25. I can get a 3 Oz lead just over 100 yards on a good day with them. When I upgrade I'll get the same, 10ft 3.25 as I have no reason to go down to 9ft, less distance, stiffer and only a slight vantage in pack down size (which is my main reason for using telescopics)

I was very satisfied with the 10ft Dwarf 2020 model, the Scopes are also very good if price is no problem do not hesitate
Sonik rods are also good but buy what you like the most, i can only say the Dwarf was very nice to play fish on, have the Daiwa Cast'izm 10ft now these are really good but had a lot of fun with the dwarfs last year.

10ft 3lb scope owner... had fish to high 20s no worries... I trust them completely. I wouldn't hesitate if my fishing was from 0 to 100 yard ..i would say casting 75 yards is easy with them.. the you start to run into issues etc.. with cross winds and the like... anything up to 80 yards is easily accomplished though.. if I was regularly fishing 80+ I wouldn't go for scopes.

Parkfield angling are doing 3 for 340 that's where I got mine just do a search for insurgents 👍 good quick service too
