Just came across this online forum looking forward being involved.
So I have a question..
Just purchased 2 new Fox mini micron bite alarms, but only the 2nd time on the bank one is randomly going off.new batteries installed but no different.
There is a small hole underneath the fox logo that could be a reset but do not want to start sticking pins in hk fjnd out. Will be contacting supplier about this...

I'd try and contact fox, most companies nowadays have a good customer service

Hi, welcome to the forum, really good bunch on here. The hole you mention is the drain from the speaker if it rains, not access to a reset button. When you say "the alarm goes off" do you mean switches off or goes off as in bleeps? I'll pm you an email of the guy I normally contact at Fox, I guess he's still there.

Just go and take it back to the shop where you bought it and let them deal with it
