I'm looking for recommendations on which 12ft rods to get for a decent price nothing too overkill. Only need a set of 2 as I've recently joined a water which requires me to cast a minimum of 25 wraps, I can do this using my 10fts I currently use but it is really hard and takes me 3/4 attempts to get my cast on the money.

Not sure what your budget is but I've been in a similar position recently - one of my club waters I drop onto occasionally requires a decent chuck, so wanted something a bit more punchy but without breaking the bank as it wouldn't be my day to day set of rods.
I've just managed to get hold of some Shimano TX2 Intensities (I've gone for 13ft though). These are £99 each and so far, I'm really impressed. They do a 12ft Intensity version too if you specifically didn't want to jump to 13ft.

There's some of the old model Free Spirit E Class Gold rods knocking around for about £100 each. Was some in Johnson Ross but now sold out. Try the Tackle Box.

Sonik vader x Rs is top for such a low price, up to 125 they are unbeatable imo
